ASSISTED LYMPHATIC THERAPY

Assisted lymphatic therapy, (also known as electrodermal lymphatic therapy), is a non-invasive, painless, calming, and relaxing therapeutic treatment that stimulates the lymph and breaks up congestion in the lymphatic system. A lymph drainage instrument with two wands is passed slowly over the body, breaking down congested lymph through a combination of vibration, light, and electrical waves. Once the congested lymph has been broken down, it can be drained, and the free flow of lymph can resume. This allows nutrients to be carried to the cells and waste to be carried away from the cells. The therapy is done in a room with low level lighting from Himalayan salt lamps while laying on a BioMat emitting negative ions for additional relaxation. We finish our therapy with a modified raindrop technique featuring essential oils.

Not only does ALT feel like a light touch massage, its results can be seen and felt immediately. Clients have seen as much as 1 inch reduction in circumference of swollen extremities! ALT achieves in one session what would take 8-10 sessions of manual lymphatic therapy.

We use the XP2 lymphatic machine. Unlike the competitor, Lymph Star Pro, our machine has two coils which provides twice the power to each wand.

Thermography scans can detect lymphatic congestion, as well as monitor improvements made after ALT sessions. In this way you can drain your lymph before pathogens have the chance to create serious illnesses.

Breaking Down Lymphatic Congestion

The before images above are related to lymph node congestion found during a Thermography Breast Study. Congested lymph is common, and can happen throughout the entire lymphatic system. The after thermograph images show the congested lymph has been broken down, and the free flow of lymph now resumes. This is absolutely a benefit and allows for nutrients to be carried to the cells and waste to be carried away from the cells.

Russian scientists began studies of FBV in order to help rehabilitate their cosmonauts after returning from space - repairing muscles from atrophy and bone density due to the weightlessness of space. These Russian Scientists and researchers found that not only did this technology stop the loss of bone density, but amazingly it increased it and strengthened muscle tissue.

In 1995, a Russian Cosmonaut (and medical doctor) named Valery Polakov set a world record for being in space for 438 days thanks to vibration technology. Because of the Russian’s advantage of vibration technology, their astronauts were able to stay in space for 420+ days, while American astronauts had to return after 120 days.

The Russians also used this technology to prevent injuries to their Olympic athletes. In the event one of their athletes did injure themselves, they were put on a FBV plate to rehabilitate the damage.
